Facebook now introduces a comment box. Disqus has some serious competition now. The pros of this comment box are many. Imagine the viral quotient of your article once every commenter's comment goes on his facebook page. It can instantly stop all comment spam and bring huge number of new visitors to the website.
On the flipside, not everyone is on facebook and expecting everyone to have a facebook account for commenting on the website is ridiculous.
But it should work on the feedback page, contest page etc
